We aim for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

 

1. Order Cancellation:

 

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment has not been dispatched.

  • Cancellation Refund: If the cancellation is successful, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment source (processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway) within 7-10 business days.

 

2. Refund and Replacement Policy:

 

We offer a refund or replacement only in the following two circumstances:

  1. Lost Shipment: If the tracking shows no update for 10 consecutive business days after the maximum estimated delivery time (15 days for domestic, 25 days for international), the shipment will be deemed lost.

    • Action: We will initiate a full refund or send a replacement order free of charge, as per your preference.

  2. Damaged Shipment: If the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition.

    • Requirement: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping package.

    • Action: Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement item free of charge.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items:

 

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for reasons other than lost or damaged shipments, due to the nature of our Ayurvedic products and raw herbs.
